Born on September 3, 1965, in New York City, Charlie Sheen’s given name is Carlos Estévez, which he changed to his screen name in honor of his father, actor Martin Sheen. Sheen has two elder brothers, Emilio Estévez and Ramon Estévez, and a younger sister, Renée Estévez. He is friends with Sean Penn and has predominantly acted in comedy films such as Money Talks, Hot Shots, and Hot Shots: Part Deux.
