Gary Oldman, a multifaceted British talent, has established himself as an accomplished actor, filmmaker, and musician. Throughout his illustrious career, he has collaborated with numerous Hollywood legends, including Luc Besson, Christopher Nolan, Ridley Scott, Oliver Stone, Quentin Tarantino, Robert Zemeckis, and Francis Ford Coppola. Born on March 21, 1958, in London, England, Gary Oldman’s parents were Leonard Bertram Oldman, a former sailor, and Kathleen. He attended West Greenwich School in Deptford, but left at the age of 16 to work in a sports shop. Despite being a talented singer and pianist, he abandoned his musical aspirations as a child to pursue an acting career after watching Malcolm McDowell’s performance in the 1970 film “The Raging Moon.” In a 1995 interview with Charlie Rose, Oldman spoke about his career and life experiences.

In 1994, Gary Oldman began a romantic relationship with actress and model Isabella Rossellini, and there were rumors of their engagement in July of that year.
